Botox Injection (Wrinkle Treatment)This botulinum toxin type A product is derived from animal sources (bovine, sheep, and pig) and contains human serum albumin. While the manufacturing process includes rigorous screening, the risk of unknown disease transmission—such as Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease—is considered extremely rare. In the U.S., botulinum toxin was first used for strabismus (crossed eyes) in 1977. Since then, it has become widely used for relaxing muscle tension. In the field of aesthetics, it has received FDA approval and was used in over 1.6 million treatments in the year 2001 alone, with no reported cases of infection to date. However, because this is a biological product, the possibility of unknown risks cannot be entirely ruled out. Please note that in Japan, only injections into the glabellar lines (frown lines) and crow’s feet using Botox Vista are officially approved. All other aesthetic uses are considered off-label.
- 顔の表情じわ …筋肉の動きによる表情ジワを弱めます。効果は3日程度で現れ、多くは4か月前後続きます。
- ワキ汗 …ワキへの注射により、ワキ汗の量を抑えることができます。効果は数日で現れ4か月程度続きますが、元々汗の量が甚だしい場合は、2か月以内でも汗の不快感が生じることがあります。
- 下腿（ふくらはぎ） …腓腹筋を萎縮させ脚を細くする効果が期待できます。効果発現に4週間程度かかります。階段が登りづらい感じが出ることがありますが、日常生活に支障はありません。数か月毎に3～4回の施術をおすすめします。変化の度合や効果持続には個人差があります。
- エラ …咬筋を萎縮させ、小顔効果が期待できます。効果発現に4週間程度かかります。硬いものが食べにくくなることがありますが、通常の食事に支障はありません。数か月毎に3～5回繰り返し注射すると、より効果が続きます。法令線が深くなったり、元々痩せている方は、頬がこけたりすることがあります。こけた場合等の修正施術には、別途ご費用がかかります。
- 唾液腺 …顎下腺や耳下腺を萎めることで、フェイスラインのすっきり感が期待できます。
- ガミースマイル …上唇を持ち上げる筋肉を弱め、歯茎の露出を軽減させます。効果は3日程度で現れ、多くは4か月前後続きます。
- 肩やせ・肩こり …僧帽筋に注入することで、肩の筋肉が痩せたり、肩こりが緩和されたりする効果が期待できます。効果は4か月前後のことが多いです。稀に他の部位がこる結果になる場合があります。
- ネフェルティティリフト …広頚筋の力を弱めることで、顎下のすっきり感が期待できます。

Botox Injection (Wrinkle Treatment)- 腫れ、内出血…注射部位が少し盛り上がることがありますが、概ね数時間で治まります。注射部位に内出血(青あざ)が生じることがありますが、概ね2週間程度で消失します。
- お顔の部位によっては、表情が硬くなったり、重くなったり、つっぱったりする場合がありますが、3か月程度で徐々に戻ります。
- 感染…生物由来の製剤のためですが、ほとんど報告もないリスクです。極めて稀です。

Botox Injection (Wrinkle Treatment)- お顔に注射した場合、施術部位を3日間はマッサージなさらないようにお願いします。
- お化粧、洗顔、洗髪、シャワーは当日から可能です。入浴は翌日からの方が望ましいです。
- 笑気ガス麻酔使用の場合、施術当日は車・バイク・自転車等の運転はお控えください。
- 生物由来の製剤であるため、施術後3か月間避妊をお願いしております。
- お顔の表情じわに関しては1か月の保障期間があります（エラ、チーク、ワキ、下腿、肩やせ等は除く）。施術後1週間程度は経過を見ていただいてから、効きが悪い等の場合は、追加のご相談に再診してください。ただし、追加が不適応の場合もあります。基準量を超えて追加注入をして、やっと効果が出たとなった場合、次回以降は増量料金をいただくことがあります。

Botulinum toxin is a type of protein derived from the Clostridium botulinum bacterium. It works by inhibiting the release of acetylcholine, helping to relax muscle tension.
It has long been used in ophthalmology and neurology to treat conditions such as eyelid and facial spasms.
BOTOX VISTA, produced by Allergan Japan, is a botulinum toxin product used by over 10 million people worldwide. It is the only botulinum toxin formulation in Japan officially approved by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare for treating frown lines (between eyebrows) and crow’s feet. With over 20 years of clinical use and a well-established safety profile in the U.S., it is known for its high quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.
We also offer a more affordable option: Korean-made botulinum toxin approved by the Korean Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). Its safety has been well established, with over 15 years of use in cosmetic plastic surgery and dermatology across Europe and the U.S.
Botulinum toxin is widely used to relax the muscles responsible for facial expression lines—such as those on the forehead, glabella (between the eyebrows), and crow’s feet. These effects typically last for around 4 months. It is also commonly used to treat excessive underarm sweating (axillary hyperhidrosis).
Note: As this is a biologically derived product, we recommend avoiding pregnancy for at least 3 months following treatment.
An additional injection may be provided only for facial expression wrinkles, if medically advised during consultation.

No warranty is offered for: Neck wrinkles, Slimming treatments (e.g., Jaw angles, Above cheekbones, Calf muscles, Shoulders), Hyperhidrosis treatment, Hay fever treatment.
*In cases such as “insufficient slimming” or “incomplete sweat reduction”, additional doses can be administered at extra fee.
To help reduce pain during treatment, optional anesthesia can be added.
