At CLASSY Sendai Beauty Clinic, we offer a reward point program.
When you spend ¥20,000 or more (including tax) on eligible treatments or services, you can earn points based on your payment method. You can use your points for future payments—1 point equals 1 yen—and they can be redeemed in units of 1,000 points.

Benefit ② Birthday Month Bonus!	Visit us during your birthday month and receive 3,000 points as a special gift! Note: ・This offer is available once per year and only if you visit us during your birthday month. ・Points can be used starting from the day they are awarded.
Benefit ③ Referral Bonus!	Refer your family or friends to our clinic. When they get a treatment, we’ll give you 5,000 points as a thank you! And the great news for your friend? They’ll get 10% OFF their very first treatment! Note: ・This offer is valid only when the referral comes from a client who has previously received treatment at our clinic. (Referrals from clients who have only had a consultation are not eligible.) ・You can start using your points from the day they are credited to your account.
Benefit ④ Review Bonus!	Write a review about us on Google or other online platforms! As a thank you, we’ll give you a special reward for your next treatment. The reward you get depends on your bill: ・If your next treatment bill is over ¥60,000: You’ll get 3,000 points (to use for future treatments!) ・If your next treatment bill is ¥60,000 or less: You’ll get 5% OFF that day’s treatment cost. Note: ・You can start using your points from the day they are credited to your account. ・Reviews posted on private social media accounts or platforms where content is not publicly visible are not eligible for this offer.

How to Earn, Use, and Other Key Details

Conditions for Points Back	Payment of ¥20,000 or more (tax included) Note: For treatment courses, points will be awarded upon completion of the entire course.
Points Back Rate	1%
Point Expiration Date	1 year from your last visit date
Eligible for Points Back	For all treatments (including exams, product purchases, etc.), when your payment is ¥20,000 or more (tax included), Points Back will be awarded according to your payment method. Please note that points are not earned on reservation deposits. On the day of your treatment, points will be awarded based on the total amount paid (this does not include any amount covered by existing points).
Conditions for Using Points	1 point = ¥1 You can use your points in units of 1,000 points. Note: ・Points can be used starting the day after they are awarded. ・Birthday month, referral, and review reward points can be used immediately on the day they are issued.
Exchanging Points for Cash	Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
Change for Points Used	Change will not be given.
Point Expiration	If there is no activity on your account for one year from the last update date, all accumulated points will expire. Please note that our clinic will not provide individual notifications regarding point expiration. Also, please be aware that our clinic can get busy and appointment slots may fill up, especially during peak times.We recommend booking your appointment well in advance.
Others	If a refund is issued to a customer for any reason, the points earned for that specific transaction will become invalid. If those points have already been used, the equivalent value of the used points will be deducted from the refund amount. The reward point program may be changed or discontinued without prior notice to customers. CLASSY Sendai Beauty Clinic shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of changes to or discontinuation of the reward point program. Points cannot be transferred to other individuals.

Note: Our clinic provides only private (self-paid) medical services. Some treatments include unapproved pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Pharmaceuticals and medical devices used in treatments may be procured through personal importation under the discretion of our clinic’s physicians.
