V-Face Contouring (Cheek Sideline Lift with Dissolvable Threads)This procedure involves the insertion of specialized absorbable threads with cogs (hook-like structures) underneath the skin using a fine needle to improve skin sagging along the cheek and jawline. The lifting effect can be described as similar to gently supporting the area with the palm of your hand. In addition to the mechanical lifting, the threads stimulate collagen production around the insertion sites, which may contribute to improved skin texture and a delay in visible signs of aging. Please note that the effects vary among individuals. We generally recommend repeating the procedure once every 6 to 12 months.

V-Face Contouring (Cheek Sideline Lift with Dissolvable Threads)- Pain, Swelling, and Bruising: These symptoms typically subside within about one week, although they may take longer in some cases. Occasionally, bruising (blue discoloration) as subcutaneous hemorrhage may appear on the cheeks but usually resolves within approximately two weeks. In very rare cases, swelling of the parotid gland may occur. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to return for a follow-up consultation.
- Needle puncture marks: One small puncture will be made on each side within the hairline at the temples. These typically heal within about a week.
- Infection: Although rare, there is a possibility of infection. If you experience increased swelling or other unusual symptoms, medical treatment may be required. In such cases, please return for a follow-up consultation.
- Tightness, Skin Irregularities, and Thread-Related Issues: You may experience sensations of tightness, skin irregularities, dimpling, or thread-related issues such as a visible or palpable thread beneath the skin. In very rare cases, the end of a thread may protrude through the skin. If you notice any of these symptoms, please return for a follow-up consultation. Some cases may be corrected manually, while others may require minor surgical revision.

V-Face Contouring (Cheek Sideline Lift with Dissolvable Threads)- Cleansing and Makeup: You may gently wash your face, shampoo your hair, take a shower and apply makeup starting from the day of the surgery. However, please refrain from taking a bath until 3 days after the surgery. Please avoid hair coloring for at least 1 week after the surgery.
- Driving and Operating Vehicles: Please refrain from driving a car, riding a motorcycle, and operating a bicycle or any other vehicle at least on the day of the surgery. For several days after the surgery, please choose soft, non-irritating foods.
- Antibiotics and Painkillers: Please take the prescribed antibiotics for one day. Painkillers should be taken as needed, with a dosage of 1 or 2 tablets per dose, and a maximum of 3 tablets per day. It is advisable to avoid taking painkillers on an empty stomach.
- Facial Massage: Please refrain from vigorous facial cleansing, facial or scalp massage, and dental treatment for 1 month after the surgery.
- Effects of Surgery: Immediately after the procedure, the effect will appear more lifted than the final result. Over the course of about 1 month, the lifted area will gradually settle into its final position. Following that, the results will naturally continue to change at a pace determined by your individual aging process.
- Variation in Results: The speed at which the skin sags and the perception of youthful appearance vary greatly between individuals and are subject to personal factors. Therefore, it is difficult to predict the exact duration of the effects of the procedure. If there is little or no change, or if the results revert more quickly than expected, please note that re-treatment will be charged at the standard fee. In cases where the results return quickly, we recommend considering a higher-grade treatment for the next procedure. Please allow at least 3 months before undergoing re-treatment in the same area.
- Deformity: If any visible deformity occurs, we will provide corrective treatment free of charge within 1 year after the initial surgery.
- Other Concerns: If you have any questions or notice anything unusual, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Cheek Lift (Cheek Line Lift with Dissolvable Threads)This procedure involves the insertion of specialized absorbable threads with cogs (hook-like structures) underneath the skin using a fine needle to improve skin sagging along the cheek line. To enhance and maintain the lifted contour, a small amount of hyaluronic acid may be injected perpendicular to the thread placement. This procedure combines both thread lifting and dermal filler techniques for optimal results.

- Needle Entry Points: Small needle entry points for thread insertion will be made on the inner mucosal area above the upper gums, one on each side. These typically heal within about 1 week. The needle entry points for the hyaluronic acid injections in the cheeks are generally very discreet and are barely noticeable, even immediately after the procedure.

- Circulatory Complications: In very rare cases, circulatory complications may occur due to the hyaluronic acid injection. If you experience increasing pain after the procedure, or if you notice any unusual sensations, especially in areas other than the treatment site, please contact us immediately. If it is after office hours, kindly reach out the next day for a follow-up appointment. There is a risk of skin necrosis, and treatment may be necessary to prevent further complications.

Hyaluronic Acid Injection (Lips)- VOLIFT XC (1 cc): ¥55,000 (tax included)
- VOLBELLA XC (1 cc): ¥55,000 (tax included)
Note: Usually, 1 to 2 cc is used for lips.

Hyaluronic Acid Injection (Lips)Hyaluronic acid injections are used to lift and shape areas of the skin, as well as to enhance the height of features such as the nose. The effects of hyaluronic acid vary depending on the type, injection site, and the amount injected. Typically, the effects of the first treatment last for 3 to 6 months before being absorbed by the body. With repeated treatments, the effects become longer-lasting and more durable.
▶
Hyaluronic Acid Injection (Lips)- Swelling: Some mild swelling may occur for a few days following the procedure. If swelling is particularly strong, applying a damp, cold towel can help reduce it.
- Bruising: Bruising (blue discoloration) may appear at the injection site. This usually resolves within about two weeks without any special treatment.
- Uneven Distribution of Hyaluronic Acid: In areas such as the nasolabial folds and under the eyes, the movement of the mouth, eyelids, and facial expressions such as smiling may, after some time, occasionally cause uneven distribution of the hyaluronic acid. If this happens, hyaluronidase (an enzyme that dissolves hyaluronic acid) can be used to correct it, but this requires a separate fee.
- Changes in Skin Tone: In areas that require a larger amount of hyaluronic acid or in thinner skin areas (particularly under the eyes), the skin may appear pale or slightly translucent.
- Infection: In very rare cases, bacterial infection may occur, leading to localized swelling. If this happens, please return for a follow-up consultation. Treatment may include antibiotics or procedures to dissolve the hyaluronic acid, and this treatment incurs an additional fee.
- Granulomas: In very rare cases, an excessive foreign body reaction to the hyaluronic acid may cause fibrous lumps or granulomas. Treatment for this can be difficult and may incur an additional fee.

Hyaluronic Acid Injection (Lips)- You may gently wash your face, shampoo your hair, take a shower and apply makeup starting from the day of the procedure. However, please refrain from taking a bath until the day after the procedure.
- If nitrous oxide (laughing gas) anesthesia was used, please refrain from driving a car, riding a motorcycle, and operating a bicycle or any other vehicle on the day of the procedure.
- Additional injections should be scheduled only after any swelling or bruising has fully subsided. At that time, a separate procedure fee will apply for the additional injection. If you wish to use local anesthesia or a microcannula, those fees will also be charged separately.
- If you have any questions or notice anything unusual, please do not hesitate to contact us.
