- When Visiting Us for the First Time
Please bring a valid photo ID such as a health insurance card or driver’s license for identity verification. If we are unable to confirm your identity, we may not be able to proceed with your consultation. - Before Receiving Treatment
You will be required to sign a consent form before undergoing any procedure. Consent is provided via digital signature, so there is no need to bring a personal seal (hanko). - If Anesthesia Is Used
For procedures involving nitrous oxide anesthesia, intravenous anesthesia, or local anesthesia on your arms or legs, we kindly ask that you do not drive yourself home (car, motorcycle, or bicycle). If you have arrived by car or other vehicle, please arrange for alternative transportation, such as a driving service, after your treatment.

Once you agree to the proposed treatment, you will fill out the consent forms and complete the payment process.
If you are receiving a facial treatment, please cleanse your face in the powder room before the procedure.
We will take photos of the treatment area as a record before the procedure and to objectively evaluate changes afterward.
These will not be used for any other purpose unless you have agreed to participate as a monitor.
Note: For monitoring participants, a separate consent process is required, during which we will explain how the photos will be used.

Depending on your treatment, you may use the powder room to reapply makeup before heading home. Please bring your own makeup items if needed.
Depending on the procedure, you may need to visit the clinic again for suture removal or a follow-up examination.
In such cases, the doctor will provide instructions, so please follow their guidance for your aftercare.
