This procedure is recommended for patients with sagging upper eyelids. Excess skin is surgically removed, and the remaining skin is sutured to create a defined double eyelid crease. Fat may also be removed as needed to enhance the result.
Warranty Period: 1 year
Warranty Coverage: Corrections for asymmetry or noticeable irregularities (Note: Some cases may be difficult to revise and may be declined), Postoperative care for complications or unexpected issues.
*Requests to change the crease width (wider or narrower) for aesthetic reasons are not covered under the warranty.
*Revision requests within 6 months of the procedure are not accepted. (Due to higher risks of infection, suture failure, or scar contracture during this period)
- Swelling: The degree of swelling after the surgery may vary depending on the individual double eyelid width and skin thickness. Typically, about half of the swelling subsides within a week. Please observe the healing process for at least 1 month after the surgery. In some cases, it may take 3-6 months for the eyelids to appear natural.
- Bruising: Occasionally, bruising (blue discoloration) as subcutaneous hemorrhage may appear but usually resolves within approximately 2 weeks without the need for treatment.

- Reduced Sensation: The area around the incision may experience temporary or prolonged numbness or decreased sensitivity.
- Others: Possible symptoms may include blepharospasm (involuntary eyelid twitching), dry eyes, photophobia (sensitivity to light), excessive tearing, milia, or chalazion.
